Responsibilities:
- Identify potential distributors within the target market or connect with the list of assigned distributors.
- Explain about the process, expectations, commercial, legal & operational terms based on company policy for distributors.
- Coordinate with the company to finalize documentation related to distribution agreements.
- Provide necessary training and support to distributor staff to ensure understanding of products and sales processes.
- Monitor and evaluate distributor performance, providing feedback and assistance as needed.
- Capture the data in the relevant tool as required and coordinate with internal stakeholders / reporting manager on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Science graduate (preferably) with 2-4 years of relevant experience ( distributor management)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities.
- Experience in pharma distribution or pharma sales
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and coordinate with internal teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet the potential distributors in the assigned zone.
Responsibilities:
- SPOC for the client and based out of their Head Office in Gurgaon
- Manage a team of 2 to 4 field reps who will be responsible for establishing a distribution channel/ onboard new distributor as per company policy.
- Data management and creation of reports / dashboards
- Train the teams as required on sof skills, operational and project aspects.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance as well as distributor performance
- Capture the data in the relevant tool as required and coordinate with client stakeholders / reporting manager on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Postgraduate with 5+ years of relevant experience (project management / team management)
- Strong communication & MS office skills.
- Experience in pharma distribution or pharma sales or project management
- Outstation travel as per project requirement otherwise onsite role / client office
